	Foam Press - Low Application Complexity This application for the automotive industry required the replacement of an obsolete PLC with a later Mitsubishi model. The customer also required enhancements to address issues with the old system specifically the replacement of an encoder positioning system that had proved to be troublesome and also the fitting of high packing density interposing relays for all inductive loads previously switched directly by the PLC module. The system was replaced over a weekend and went smoothly into operation on the first shift on Monday morning.
