	Plastics Application - Cooling System - Medium to High Application Complexity The Customer required continuous and reliable operation of his Water Cooling System. Soft Control were contracted to completely reprogram all control logic. The system operates 24 hours per day controlling Cooling Towers, Pumps and Chillers. Features include duty sharing, monitoring of ambient conditions to ensure cooling is performed by the most economical and efficient means. Process variables monitored are Level, Temperature, Humidity, Flow, Valve Position, Duty Times, Back Pressure. The Cooling System, Powder Handling and Final Product Handling Systems are supported by Soft Control's 24 hour Breakdown Support and Spare Parts Service. PLC and HMIs supported are : Allen Bradley and Siemens. All PLC and HMI software is backed up at Soft Control .
