Machine program rewrite of the Mitsubishi FX machine sequence control system and GOT operator panel to ensure reliable sequence control of two load transporters progressing loads through 10 treatment tanks according to a selected recipe. Key aspects of this application: Recipe handling Tank sequence, emersion duration, priority transport tasks, load tracking, energy control, automatic startup prior to 6am shift, seamless recovery following power outages.
Commissioning of the system was performed during weekends and evenings to maintain production.
