Conveyor Systems – Idec FC4A PLC, Idec FC5A PLC, Datalogic, barcode scanners
Several lanes of this installation were not correctly handling the product ( boxed high end items ). The customer had operated with this situation but had reached a point when he had to correct the situation.
The system was based on IDEC FC4A, IDEC FC5A PLCs, networked with DataLogic CBX100 barcode scanners. The system was un-documented, no electrical schematics or software backups.
The 5 exit lanes were restored to operation.
