Sensitive document Printing Press – Micrex-F PLC, Fuji programming software
A call out to a Fuji Micrex PLC Printing press exhibiting spurious PLC breakdowns causing spoilt production runs and the occasional a PLC power up failure.
The Micrex-F PLC is obsolete with few spare parts in Europe. The one lucky break is that we have the inhouse Fuji experience, Fuji programming software, communication leads and were able to effect an on-site PLC electronic repair to one of the modules.
We modified the Fuji software and rewired the digital inputs and outputs to return the machine to production.
