Breakdown Support: Manufacturing machine breakdown: Urgent – site attendance and resolution.
Site attendance all day Friday spilling over into a Sunday morning with a 6 a.m. start.
A Siemens S7 plc controlled machine communicating over profinet to drives, HMI and a safety system.
Resolved the drive issue then moved on to the original issue which was the lubrication of the slides.
Handed back to production at 10 a.m.
