Blanking Line Breakdown – Siemens S7-400, SIEMENS STEP 7
We provide breakdown support for a Fimi sheet steel blanking line controlled by a Siemens S7-400 PLC. At 35 meters long, using multiple Siemens Simovert and Siemens Micromaster drives and ET200L distributed i/o system, effective troubleshooting on such a massive system is only possible by tracing the fault through the machine control software. We have dealt with multiple PLC faults and breakdowns over the years.
