Low Application Complexity
Two Siemens Medium and High Duty processors are used to control the blending of Tarmac prior to storage and loading. This continuous process system blends over 40 different components. Temperature, Flow and Weight are typical process variables used in over 200 different recipes stored within the PLC memory.
The system delivers a stream of hot product that has to be safely and efficiently handled and stored prior to delivery.
